How long is the voucher valid?
Three years, until the end of the year. The date is printed on the voucher.
How do I redeem the voucher?
Enter the code in step 3 of the online booking – the amount is deducted immediately. Booking by phone works too.
What happens to the remaining amount?
If the ride costs less than the voucher value, the rest is saved for the next ride.
How do I pay?
After your request we contact you with our bank details – or you pay in cash. Then the voucher arrives by email right away.
